We are looking for a person to move into our new home in Lysterfield. The house has recently been transformed from a five-bedroom short term accommodation into a home for permanent living.
The house is located close to a wide range of amenities and activities Lysterfield has on offer including, local buses, Ferntree Gully and Upwey Train Station, Wellington Park and Knox City Shopping Centres, local community centres, and sports facilities.
This home also features wheelchair access throughout the home with an internal lifting hoist in the bath and shower. It features a number of comfortable living areas and beautiful established gardens with outdoor entertaining areas which is also accessible for wheelchair users.

Things you need to know
You must be 18 years or over to apply. As we are a registered NDIS Accommodation provider, you will need to have the appropriate Supported Independent Living (SIL) funding in your NDIS plan. You will need to be able to pay rent and utilities and establish a Residential Agreement.
